Description
Tillandsia usneoides (Thick Form) is a thicker, fleshier, and more robust variant of the rootless, thinner epiphytic “Spanish moss” with silvery-green leaves. The leaves are covered in dense hairs (trichomes) that trap moisture and nutrients from the atmosphere. The plant does not experience a strict seasonal dormancy.
