Description

Astrophytum myriostigma is a spineless, star-shaped cactus with 5 prominent vertical ribs; it can also only have 3 and up to 7 ribs. The green skin is densely covered in tiny white trichomes (hairs/scales), giving the cactus a velvety, powdery, or silvery-grey appearance.
