Description
Sulcorebutia arenacea is a small, dense, globular cactus with a single, spherical stem with many tuberculate ribs. Tiny pectinate spines grow flat on the stem, covering it, making the stem appear sandy. The flowers bloom at the base of the stem and will only last for a few days.
