Description
The Black Rose Tree is a native of the Canary Islands and North Africa. This striking succulent forms “flowers” or large terminal rosettes 20 cm in diameter with burgundy-black leaves at the ends of stalk like stems.
Grow in clumps up to 90 cm tall with gray-brown stems that often branch near their base.
Small, bright yellow star like flowers appear in spring.
Grow Black Rose Tree succulents in open sunny positions that do not get heavy frosts.
Water regularly during hot weather.
Excellent container focus plant.
Please note they go dormant in Summer.
