Anacampseros
Anacampseros plants are small, perennial shrubs that form dense mats. They have succulent leaves that are closely spaced and arranged alternately on the stem. Some species have hidden leaves due to papery or filamentous stipules. The symmetrical flowers have two falling sepals and five fading petals, usually in white, pink, or pale purple. These plants flower occasionally in summer, and the flowers open only on sunny days.
